Hi! I'm Sarah.

I am a birth doula, neurodiversity-informed family wellness mentor, and holistic women's wellness mentor. I believe that no matter who we are, we can find common ground between us. At the end of the day, we are all on this spinning rock we call Earth, and the best we can do is be there for the ones we love and the villages we live in. No matter how modern our societies become, it will always take a village to raise your family. You are beyond capable of loving and caring for your own family, but we all deserve unconditional support from our own villages, and that is why I am here - for YOU!

My Story

My name is Sarah Crowley and I can’t wait to meet you and your family! I have personal and professional experience within the world of neurodiversity - more specifically, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and numerous other populations. I am a former NCAA Division I All-American Lacrosse Player (University of Massachusetts Amherst & University of Virginia), Former Professional Lacrosse Player (United Women's Lacrosse League), Certified Youth Physical Literacy Specialist, Neurodiversity-Affirming & Informed Holistic Wellness Mentor,  Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer (CAPT - Level 1), and experienced Special Educator.  I am CPR/AED certified from The American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid. I have worked in homes, schools, daycares, and numerous other educational settings working with children with developmental disabilities, higher support and emotional needs.

After experience working within therapeutic settings in behavior therapy, working as a preschool teacher and director, and personal fitness training, I began Superkid Fitness, Inc. in Long Island, NY. I initially offered individualized sports and fitness classes to children, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent individuals, as well as those who may need specialized social/emotional support. Growing up neurodivergent myself, fitness became, and still is, an outlet and coping mechanism for me to self-regulate my emotions, learn healthy structure, make friends, navigate social landscapes, and increase my self-esteem. This experience, combined with witnessing firsthand the unfortunate lack of support in educational settings for neurodivergent children engaging in physical activity, and my love of fitness and teaching, led to the creation of Superkid Fitness.

Throughout this experience, I realized the need for families with neurodivergent children and family members to have access to family-specific wellness care broader than only personal fitness training, the need for advocates and educators that take the time to listen to their needs, and support personnel in their villages that can create the resources and plans they need to thrive as a whole family. Upon moving to Pennsylvania, I have created a new Sensory Seekers group fitness class to be run at TLC Fitness in South Williamsport as my first in-person offering. With the amazing staff and mission of this gym, I hope to bring you and your family healthful, mindful, and meaningful movement experiences that benefit your life as a whole. My new company, Birth & Bloom will also be available virtually to offer broader family wellness services to families with neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults. I will be offering support, advocacy, resources, education, and wellness plans based on your family's goals! Lastly, I am also a birth doula and holistic women's wellness mentor - this will be a special offering for families and mothers may be neurodivergent themselves and require sensory-friendly support throughout pregnancy, mamas and women who want a more holistic approach to their wellness, or families who would like support preparing their neurodivergent children and family members for this major life transition!
